The Event Spot is an all new meeting place centrally located in the Quad Cities area. The facility is a 4,000 square foot space comprised of a comfortable 3,000 sq. ft. main room, 250 sq. ft. "break out room" or "bridal suite," large gathering patios and a large easy access catering kitchen. State-of-the-art technology allows for live conferencing on the five 75" large flat monitors and crystal clear sound system.  Conveniently located along Hwy 69 in Prescott Valley. The Event Spot is configured to host any type of event - from weddings and parties, to meetings and classes, and more!

I highly recommend The Event Spot to host your next event or gathering! Customer service and location was key. Location has ample parking and beautiful entrance. Hosted my husband’s 60th Birthday Party there and working with Candace was effortless. Very pleasant experience from gathering information to booking the venue and her answering last minute questions “don’t worry we got you covered”. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Recently we had an opportunity to use The Event Spot to host a family birthday. We found the staff (Candace) very accommodating and easy to work with. The facility has very good amenities, such as lighting and AV and are easy to use. There is ample parking and we found the facilities main room, kitchen and restrooms very clean. Should we have need for this type of venue in the future, we would definitely use The Event Spot again!

The Event Spot is such a great addition to have in this community! As the Operator of the Dutch Bros here in the Quad Cities, the Event Spot was a great place to hold training's with our new crews as well transform into a winter wonderland for our Christmas Party as well. I own StarStruck Event Planning here in the Prescott area and had the pleasure of organizing the grand opening event for the Event Spot. This is a great addition to not only the Prescott Valley area, but the quad city areas. PMDAlliance hosted a Learn.Live.Connect conference at The Event Spot today. Very nice! Good space, excellent sound system, great facilities for bringing food in. Several attendees shared their "thumbs up" on the space as well. Lesley, General Manager, was great to work with. Today she went over and above - our planned morning coffee supplier failed us, but since she has great connections was able to find us another last minute. Would highly recommend!!

Lesley alleviated more stress than I thought possible or even her job or responsibility. Went so well without a hitch that I kinda forget that our event happened. Best way to bring traditional Sweet 16's back in style. Thank for the help and memories.
